A little over a year ago, when I first set out asking “What is AI?”, I honestly didn’t know how I would learn all of this, or how I would ever keep up with a world changing this fast.
There were dozens of events in Dublin. Which one should I go to? Which would actually be useful for me? Where should I even start?
Maybe that’s why, over time, I started paying closer attention to the events, the communities, and those rooms where people come together.
Because strong ecosystems aren’t built from successful companies alone.
The communities where people gather to learn, to share, and to build together matter just as much.
AI Tinkerers Dublin is one of them.
Over the past year, their events have brought together builders working on agentic workflows, coding agents, RAG systems, and real production problems. They’ve created a space where demos matter more than sales pitches, and where people share not only what they’ve pulled off, but also where they struggled while trying.
With more than ten events over the past year, the community shows no sign of slowing down. Make sure you’re following AI Tinkerers, and people like Alessandro Cuppari who keep these rooms running, so you don’t miss what they do next.
Maybe you, like me, have been following from a distance for a while, wondering “should I actually go?”
Maybe the answer is yes.
Because Dublin’s next big AI story might be told, for the very first time, in one of those rooms.
